The Yummy Jelly Belly! :D

When i look for dessert, there's nothing that appeals to me more than something involving some Jelly!

I wouldn't mind having this fruit flavored dessert with nothing to go with it. Kids love it too.

You'll easily find flavored jelly crystals manufactured by various companies. I went for black currant this time.

Ingredients -

90g Jelly Crystals (80g Jelly mix + 10g Jelly pre-mix)
Water
Mould

Method -

  • Mix the contents of both the Jelly Mix and Jelly Pre-mix into a bowl.
  •  Add 500ml boiling water to the contents in the bowl and stir rapidly, so that all the contents get uniformly dissolved.
  •  Pour the contents from the bowl into a mould of your desired shape and size. It can be a single huge mould or many little moulds. Use your imagination, for jelly takes beautiful forms of anything it's poured into!
  •  Keep it aside after covering it with a lid. Let it set. Do not keep it into the refrigerator. It takes about 1.5 hours to set properly. Once it sets, place into the fridge. After it gets cooled, slowly pry into it's sides with a knife or a spoon and topple the mould over a plate and behold your beautifully shaped Jelly ready to be served! :)

Try it out yourself and mail me a picture of your preparation to princesspranita@gmail.com, and i will flaunt it on my blog. Looking forward to your valuable feedback.
